Fast track ( no updates )

Hi, I had my appointment last Wednesday and since then I have heard absolutely nothing, tried to call and was told that its guaranteed to be a 1 week service but unless its here tomorrow I'll be missing my flight on Thursday morning ( I know its my fault for not checking like an idiot) How screwed am I? Anyone get theirs on the 7th day? Thanks
