So, I applied on the 27th
Identity confirmed on the 27th
Documnets arrived on the 1st March.
Documents noted they arrived on 16th March.
I have just had a text to say I need my identity confirming.
Any reason why they would need to verify again when I have had conformation that they accepted the forst verification?

I've filled out the contact form and tried calling but it just takes such a long time for them to get back to people
Hello, I had the same too. Arranged the inteview for next week.
I believe it is due to me applying for the first pastport after 12 months of receiving my naturalisation certificate.
