First Time Child Overseas Application

Hi all, We just applied for our son's first UK passport. He was born in the States - I'm a US citizen but my husband is a UK citizen. We sent in our son's US passport, birth certificate, our marriage certificate, husband's UK passport and husband's birth certificate. Husband's birth certificate clearly states he was born in the UK and that both of his parents were also born in the UK. The documents were signed for today December 2 but no change in status of Waiting for Documents Anyone have any idea how long it will take to get the application approved?
