Getting appointments, help needed!

So I get one advisor stating that when the office recieved my lost passport reference number it should have been put through as a replacement. This subsequently wasn't done, for 14 weeks noone told me a thing, even a response from Liverpool saying there's no reason why my application would be rejected as it all looks ok. I am so upset right now it's 9 days before I fly and they send me the withdrawn application, noone told me anything and everytime I called it was 2 weeks before I fly. MP has been informed and currently on the case but they never once said anything about the situation to the mp office! Does anyone know what I should do? How do I Access the appointments? I'd do anything to get my passport
