Help with Bootle contact details?

wondering if anyone could let me have contact details for the upgrade team at Bootle, please? I'm in Belfast, submitted by daughter's application to Bootle for renewal on 27th April. Application hasn't moved from processing - due to travel on 25th July but can't wait until the last minute to seek out an upgrade as I need her passport details for an ESTA application too. anxious beyond belief!
