How long did it take to receive your supporting documents after approval?

Hello, Looking to hear some recent experiences of how long it took for you to receive your supporting documents after your application was approved. I’m hearing that the standard 2 weeks has been turning into 3-4 weeks, sometimes even longer. Has anyone been successful in finding out more info when they call about supporting docs?
