ID documents sent 5 weeks ago, still not received?

Hi, Liverpool also received my child’s documents for first child passport application on 21st Feb and still waiting for it to be processed. They told me it was being looked at by an examiner since last Thursday but could not tell me how long this will take. Also cannot get through to anyone by phone.

Oh no! I did manage to get through on the phone this morning, they couldn’t say why my husband and son’s documents aren’t showing as received. They have passed it onto the progress team. I’d keep trying to phone, it did cut me off a couple of times but eventually someone answered.
