Hello, just received an email from HMPO requesting I send birth certificate even though the tracking has shown it to be received already firstly by post office tracking and then by HMPO 2 weeks later.
Is this just a automated email?
Documents were received 10 May, no changes to application history since then.
I'm convinced I sent them the full birth certificate.
Thank you for any help

Just ignore it , my daughter had numerous texts asking for documents she already sent. Didnt make any difference to the progress
Yes ignore them - same here, even when I knew the documents had been delivered I still has reminders to send them - as soon as the document received update happens and they are scanned on to the system the reminders stop
