Hi, I’m awaiting the upgrade call. Flying Friday 29th and getting very nervous now! I know they seem to be very behind compared to other offices. Has anyone had a successful upgrade call today?

As it's within 2 days of your travel, they should contact you today. I'm with Liverpool and flying on the 4th, time will tell?
Is there a way you can go to the Liverpool office and pick it up?
