Hi,
During an HMRC application, HMRC lost my passports and birth certificate for my both Childs. I have applied for a new one, submitted the application online on 10th Mar. The tracker last update is "Application processed on 16th Mar 2022"
There has been no updates since then. I am just wondering if I need to send any more documents ? I mean I have already lost the passport and birth certificate and somebody has called me to confirm that they have cancelled the previous passport.
Any help would be appreciated

Unfortunately, if you go to the dreaded 'processing' then it's just a waiting game. I've applied for a lost child passport too, hoping it won't take too long
