Hi All,
I got a call from HMPO asked me to send my daughter's original foreign passport that I already sent to passport offce a month ago.
Officer told me that they need to investigate if the passport has lost or not.
My question is what happens with the passport application if the foreign passport has been lost on the way to HMPO?

Yes I have tracking number from roymail, the officer asked for tracking number. What I don't understand is i put my daughter's foreign passport together with Naturalisation Certificate. But HMPO only received Naturalisation Certificate.
That's very strange if they were both in the same envelope. I wonder if there has been an admin error when they logged/scanned the documents, I hope they haven't lost it.

I have exactly the same situation now. Sent my foreign passport together with Naturalisation Certificate on 1st October. They were both in the same envelope. The certificate has been receive (scanned) but passport not.
Have they found your daughter’s foreign passport? How long it took them?
