New baby passport waiting time

Hi all, I’ve got 2 weeks until we fly and my babies passport has been stuck in processing since the beginning of March. I’ve ring the passport office lots of times and I’m not getting any where. Silly question but will i able to cancel it and do a fast track online. I’m worried because they also have my babies birth certificate
