Hi. I have seen others on here mention about the online tracking stick at “identity details received”. I am really stressing because it’s been stuck on that since the day I applied on 11th June. Mine is a standard renewal and my daughters is a first adult passport since turning 16. Were due to fly at the end of august. Have I left this too late?

Online tracking stuck

Join the club, mine (a standard renewal) has been stuck on documents recieved since June. 21, even though Fedex confirmed they arrived at HMPO on June. 16. My online application was recieved and logged onto thier system on June. 9.
It’s so stressful isn’t it. I just want to see what stage it’s at. I did email and they said the application was received on 13th June.
