Just a bit of positivity for you all, my passport renewal was submitted online on 4th April, printed on 18th and was advised this morning being sent by DHL and would be delivered this afternoon between 2.45 and 3.45pm. It has just been delivered so just over 3 weeks. Was dealt with by bootle office.

Great to hear some positive news for a change. Really wish I had gone the online route now as opposed to paper renewals for my kids.
How do you know what office is dealing with your application? I submitted mine online on 11 March, and it is still showing as ‘Processing.’
When I applied online it said to send old passport back to bootle
