Processing - Child’s renew after lost passport

I accidentally when I was filling in my daughter passport put the wrong date and month(put my older daughters) I sent of a letter to say I’d made a mistake with her birth certificate. Since it says documents received , And been processing since the 21st feb I’ve not been asked to get someone to identify her or her date of birth hasn’t changed to log in. Waiting for a call back but was told 24 hours and it’s been 72!!
