Renewal worry

Hello I am very sorry if I make little sense, I struggle with some things I recently cancelled my old expired passport as loss and did a renewal How long will this take? Identity details received5:38pm on 17 September 2022 Email sent to person confirming your identity5:33pm on 17 September 2022 Ask someone to confirm your identity5:30pm on 17 September 2022 Application submitted5:30pm on 17 September 2022 Shouldn't it say application received? I am scared I did something wrong

I see website says 20.5 days at the moment, I just worry because it doesn't say application received I did it all online

Can I pay to do 7 day fast track if i call them and go to my local office?

" You would have to withdraw your on-line application 1st as it not possible to have to concurrent applications in the system. That will probably take longer than waiting for your current application. Putting aside the issue of finding an appointment, which will take more time. You are only currently 5 days in and in all probability your docs are in a queue waiting to be scanned - I would say there is no reason to be worried at this point in time. It took HMPO 10 days from reciept of my docs to move the tracker to documents recieved on thier system, others have waited a lot longer.

I have not sent any documents- they did not ask for amy? Its a online renewal for a destroyed passport you see They just asked for confirmation of identity and the lost reference number
