Hi
I used the Post office check and send service early on Wednesday and today at the end of the day on Monday the status is still saying "still waiting for old passport"
Should I be concerned of a problem here or is it normal to take this long in the first stage of the application?

Hi the passport office took 23 days to link the supporting documents to my application which I think is longer than most. People are advised to contact the passport office if it's longer than 8 working days
Hi, is that 23 working days or 23 calendar days? I sent 2 old passports to 2 diff offices on the 22/2. I assume they reached the office by the 24/2 but still not had acknowledgment (after 8 working days)
