My old passport was received by the Newport office on the 9 May. It hasn't moved since, it doesn't say processing or anything. I see a lot of other applications moving quickly to "approved" or "processing" after documents received but mine hasn't done anything. Anyone in the same boat, or come out the other side?

You don't want to see processing it means manual checking and can take ages. It appears May applications going through faster than feb/March.
