I posted my old passport and according to the tracking it was delivered 25th March but all my updates say they are waiting for my old passport. Any experience with how long that that takes to update so I can stop being anxious about my passport being lost.

Time for Durham to "receive" old passport

I was told to ignore the text messages if you can see it’s been signed for.
Mine was delivered on the 18th of March and still yet to receive acknowledgment
