HMPO updated my passport application as sent to TNT on 7th February. Today (9th Feb) I still havent heard from TNT and the tracking site does not recognise my passport application number. I can't get through to a person at TNT without a consignment number. Any suggestions - we are supposed to be going away on 12th Feb.

TNT - no consignment number after 2 days

Mine is the same timeframe as yours and still no tracking number also. It did say on the text that the number will be sent “in a few days” so maybe they are just busy. Annoying as soon people seem to get their passport the day after it is sent. Fingers crossed it comes through soon for you
