Upgrade for ID reasons

Hope this can help someone - Wish someone had told me this sooner. You can also upgrade your application if you need your passport for ID purposes, not just travel. You just need to provide evidence and apply for the upgrade in the same way - apparently. Not that I can get through on the phone to confirm with anyone!!!
