I've seen a few people on here saying they have had contact via webchat.
I am on the site daily but the webchat function is never available, constantly says "All webchat advisers are busy at the moment."
How are people managing to get on to it?

I have found it more available first thing in the morning or after lunch. I have been waiting for it sat advisors available and then filling out the pop up box when you go to connect. But don’t click next or connect or what ever unless it still says advisors available. If it doesn’t then wait until it does and then press connect from the pop up box. Hope that helps.
