i wanted to tell you i have sent my documents very next day from post office specail deilvery they recvied it but didnt show in timeline so i have calll them 07th of may then they updated my documents recived in timeline after the call i suggest all if you wana a lil bit speed your application keep calling them n remind them after recived a documents i was waiting for my application approved but it took longer then i expect so i called them many times in btw n kept asking about when my documents will be linked in it plus i sugeest all for you documents buy £5 postal service to secure your documents coming back quciker and safer you can buy this serice after the submition also just need to call then ask also i advice if any one traveling date pls inform the office they might can speed up a lil bit your application depends on your application timeline accordingly malke sure atlest you have 2- 3 weeks ahaed thanks hope this will help someone to ease thier anxiety or stress

There was a gap between the old passport being signed for and then marked at being received. The process was quick once they accepted my second photo but the information about what photos should be like wasn’t that clear on the form before I submitted it.

Outstanding service biggest delays were before I even applied.. trying to finding suitable place to take good photo as Android photo had too many pixels when trying to upload.
However once isnap picture taken.. allocation and return of old passport completed in less than 30 mins, including getting myself to the post office to send the old documents.
From time of application to receipt of passport=
Applied 4pm Monday 12th May
Passport and old docs received in post morning of friday 16th May.. I used standard service and paid the extra £5 for special delivery

Photo I applied with was ‘good’ according to online form, but was rejected. Uploaded a Max Spielmann photo a couple hours later and was approved straight away. Quick service and was very happy with the turnaround (considering there was a weekend and a bank holiday that may have slowed things down).
