All done on-line and very easy to use. Photo of our 16 month old was taken by a local photographer who was able to get the picture per-authorised by the passport office for peace of mind.
Only issue, the passport has come back with a miss-spelt middle name. Having spoken to the passport office they have told us to travel and then return the passport for a free replacement when we come back to the UK.
