Sent two passports (mine and fiancee’s).
Notifications started very on the ball. But oddly the day after ‘approval’ I got a notification from Royal Mail saying “Due for delivery tomorrow”. Later that evening, HMPO notified me “passport is being printed”. It did arrive as per RM notification.
Excellent, easy and fast enough service overall.
