i have had 2 callbacks but both updates were just generalisations ‘we’re extremely busy’ etc.
Since its been 10 days, hopefully its been accepted this time then and i get the passport. The woman was lecturing me about booking holidays without having a passport in hand, silly me assumed 6 months was more than enough time!
