What email did you use to upgrade? I sent my daughters off to DurhamUpgradeTeam@hmpo.gov.uk I’m stressing they haven’t got it as I haven’t had any response from them 😩 I’m on hold now to them but can see it taking a long time to answer 🤦♀️
