Agree my timeline are the same as yours but for the Corby office.

My main concern was the 11 days of no updates after sending my old passport, “documents received”. After that it’s approx. a week. Even then 7 days to “approve” sounds like a backlog.
I only called once yesterday perhaps that had some bearing? But I know they hate these calls!
