Now waiting 13 weeks which is well outside the published 10 weeks and need to travel on 20th August
Posted in London using Check & Send 28th April
Received HMPO 5th May
Transferred to Durham HMPO 7th May
No movement since then
Have called numerous times which is a useless exercise
Have written to expeditingservice@hmpo.gov.uk – no response
Have written to durhamupdgradeteam@hmpo.gov.uk – no response
Have written to my MP who is supporting my requests to expedite this

At this time there is no hope. No travel documents, no ID, no freedom of movement.
The system is broken
