Adult Passport Renewal (Belfast Office)

I just thought I would give an update on my passport renewal, for anyone whose old passport was sent to the Belfast office (sent mine from Bedfordshire, England).

Application approved 20 May 2022
Documents received 18 May 2022
Application received 6 May 2022
Application submitted 6 May 2022

I didn’t actually post my old passport until 9 May, so it was approved 11 days later. In the text message I received today, it says they will notify me of dispatch next, so hopefully not long now.

Passport printed 23 May
Passport received 26 May

Overall has taken just 2 and a half weeks.
