    Finally got through to speak to someone today but was unable to help.

    The application system is down for maintenance until 2pm today.

    If you are sat on hold trying to get through today it’s not worth it until after 2. If like me you finally get through you will be told they can access your application until after 2pm today and to call back later.

    Really should give that message before sitting on hold for hours!!!!


    I just got my “urgent callback,” who delivered the same message.

    “I’m just following up to tell you that all of our systems are down.” What the flying f-ck?!?!

    I’m so tired of these “check the box” useless callbacks that do nothing to solve the actual problem. My supporting documents have been missing for nine weeks. Stop having useless CSRs call me back and start having someone go look in the office for them!
