Hi,
I submitted the application online on 5th Feb 2023 for my daughter’s passport renewal, documents received by passport office on 13th Feb 2023. On 20th Feb 2023, they rejected the photo and on same day I uploaded another photo. Since then no update. I sent a message to them and they bizzarely responded saying they need my daughter’s second foreign passport – all this while there is no update on online tracker which still says ‘processing;’. I had already sent it in the initial documentation pack so now I am scared they have lost it! Can someone please help/advise on what I should do? I have travel coming towards end of this month.
