    Looking for advice….

    I’ve been told the progress team will call me back 24-48 hours but have just saw someone said they waited 5 days for them to call. The reason for them calling is to give me the email address for the upgrade team. A lot of people have been sharing these emails on here so I’m wondering do I just email one of the teams rather than wait for the call?! Or will this confuse things? I’m travelling in 14 days.

    it should be “whatever office” upgradeteam@gov.uk, progress team number i’ve also seen 0300 105 0850
