    I’ve just received an email saying my passport application was on hold because they need someone to confirm my identity, however I completed this step the day I submitted the application, and my tracker shows that it was completed. However there’s a new update on my tracker that’s asking me to do it again. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a glitch in the system? Been on hold with them for hours so thought I’d check here.

    I called the office mine kept saying identity details received and checking. But I was told it’s in printing. I hope it’s true. I haven’t received any texts or emails.
