How long should I wait after printed and sent?

Hi,

I thought we’d get it in 2-3 days after printed but still no sign and a holiday coming in 10 days.
Any idea how long it can take after been sent?

Passport printed and sent 3:29pm on 6 November 2020
Application approved 8:54am on 6 November 2020
Application being processed 5:14pm on 20 October 2020
Documents received 12:22pm on 20 October 2020
Application received 3:34pm on 14 October 2020
Application submitted 3:33pm on 14 October 2020

It was an overseas renewal, package got to DHL 11th November and then DHL took six days to get it to me on 17th November. In all 11 days.
