Submitted passport 26th February, old passport sent off in the post. It got lost in the post ‘supposingly’.
They finally received the lost passport reference number on the 19th April.
Tracking is still showing ‘send your old passport’
8 weeks on and still no passport or seemingly no movement.
Getting very edgy now since I go on holiday next month.
Finding things not very helpful (apart from one message back saying it will be done within 10weeks, 16th May)
Unfortunately it is at the old hall site!
I’ve tried calling but either I’m on hold too long and get cut off (very annoying!) Or there’s too many people in the queue and tells me to call back later (which to be told the same thing)
Any tips?
Anyone hopeful I will get it as I’m at my wit’s end.
What do I do next?Much appreciated for anything!
