Passport Printing and Delivery?

Hi,
Could anyone tell me how long it takes after printing for the passport to be delivered? Particularly overseas (EU). I’ve been waiting for 12 weeks now and we had a long-standing family holiday plan in another side of the country. I really didn’t want to cancel after being present in the same house for 3 months while the whole time my passport has remained on ‘documents received’.

It seems usually that one day after ‘approved’ it goes to ‘printing’. And then how much time does it take to arrive?
