I’ve applied for a Passport upgrade. Due to fly on 4th July. Not paid anything yet but I’ve been informed by the Newport upgrade team that my daughters renewal has been moved to Glasgow. The Glasgow upgrade team have informed me they have her application and that they will be in contact. 1. When shall I chase? 2. Can you collect it from your local office? The reason being is Glasgow is a 10 hour drive there and back for me.
