I have an appointment in Belfast at 12h30. I need to be on a flight back to the mainland that evening. Does anyone know what time my passport will be available for collection on that day?

I would assume the latest would be 5pm when the office closes so maybe work from that. Fly out of city airport if possible as much closer than international & generally not as busy!
