Sending in a new photo

I’m so anxious! My old passport was sent to Newport. It sat at “docs received” for ages. In the meantime, my daughters ditigal pic was rejected so I uploaded another. I realised mine would be rejected for the same reason. Contacted them on live chat who told me it was now being processed but to send a physical passport pic to Durham! I can’t submit a ditigal upload but they won’t tell me why. I’m anxious abott the pic going to Durham and my passport in Newport. We have a holiday booked in Aug and I’m so worried. Has anyone had a similar experience? Will the different offices match up? My pic was marked “good” when I applied!
