Hello. I have recently been trying to get my very first passport. The passport office have my documents and fine with my countersignature up until this weekend where they wanted someone new I obliged and got someone new for them to be rejected. When I came to enter the details of my third person yesterday I was greeted by this error when I clicked continue.
“Sorry, something went wrong
To keep this service secure, any information you’ve entered hasn’t been saved.You’ll need to start again.”
I have contacted the passport office numerous times via text chat and phone call and they are of no use and provide no help. I can not even download a paper form for my neighbour to fill out it gives me the exact same error. I can not get my passport till this is fixed. Someone please help thank you.
