My sons passport was a paper renewal check and send at the post office. I received a text yesterday to say I should receive the passport in the next few working days and supporting documents will follow. I phoned the customer care management team who advised the passport was approved on 29th March and sent for printing but advised it hadn’t been printed which confused me as why would I receive the text to say it would be delivered in the next few days? Anybody had the same issue with the paper copy? How long after the text did you receive the passport? I have been continuing to receive the wrong information from hmpo…I fly to see my father in law next week who has cancer. Sent in evidence to Liverpool to speed up but been ignored a number of times
