Has anyone had any luck turning up to an office and retrieving their passport?
Mines been over 10 weeks, countless calls and emails and doesn’t seem to be pushing it along despite them saying so. Getting very desperate now, fly on29th July so wanted to know if it was possible to go to an office and get it sorted.
Mines a renewal that got lost in the post.
I’m at my wit’s end now and depressing me so much. Any help and advice much appreciated, as my local office isnt too far away I’d be happy to go and sort
