    I sent my daughter’s passport renewal to Bootle on 5th April 2022 – Nothing has been updated at all on the tracker (still says please send your old passport) so we’re concerned it’s been lost. Having a total nightmare trying to get hold of anyone to help. Can’t book an emergency appt as we don’t have her old passport so really don’t know what to do.
    Call every other day and told a different story and given different advise every time.
    Tried to log it as lost twice but never received a reference number to confirm this has happened.
    According to the frequest text messages we receive in regards to the application, it will be cancelled altogether soon and no refund given. What can we do!?
