I applied for a renewal from Australia and it was signed for on 25april as being received by registered post. I have not received any confirmation of the receipt of my documents that I sent in and I am getting reminders now that if I don’t send my documents I Wii lose my application fee. I can’t connect online to anyone and I have filled in the online form for help twice to no avail. Anybody know what I can do next
We have had a nightmare. First passport applied for my daughter’s boyfriend- passport office received his application 1st Feb 22 & still no psssport!
Repeated phone calls & emails & even trip to the Newport office & still no passport. That’s 15 weeks of waiting & no answers. We are due to fly 25th May & face leaving him behind. We are all gutted not to mention out of pocket by £800. Any help from anyone to get his passport by Tuesday 24th? Much appreciated
