My wife applied on the 1st of March for a renewal, as of today 19th May she is still waiting for it to be processed so she can go see her sister who is receiving chemotherapy, I applied a month later and got notified today they my application has been approved! I would have much more preferred my wife’s to have been approved the system makes no sense..
