My grand children’s renewal passports were received at Durham on the 12th of April but have been sitting there since then 6 weeks every time I phone up I get the same thing it takes 10 weeks but can do upgrade on the 26th of may 2weeks before we fly but I have been told you can’t get through to the upgrade people my younger daughter is getting married in Crete and my older daughter needs these passports for her sons if she don’t get them she can’t go to her sisters wedding need some help please
