I’ve been waiting for 6 months since the beginning of my app for my sons renewal.sent the passport. Did everything else straight away all the time to be sent email after email saying ‘send us the documents’ what documents you’ve had email all? That was 3 months ago. I’ve spoke to people to be told is hlgetting looked at as we speak that was 3 months ago.then they cancelled the app. I have emailed the GOV website who have forwarded to passport office cos I was getting knowelhere with then.ive sent another since and it’s been an escalated complaint.. that was 2 weeks ago and STILL NOT ONE EMAIL BSVK TO SORT THIS COMPLETE MESS OF A JOKE OUT.. LIVID ISNT THE WORD. What am I supposed to do.. I’m thinking maybe legal advise??!
