Submission online and paid 24th March for a new passport. Even though stated on our tracker started processing on the 28th April! an agent called back from Belfast! even though our documents are at the Durham office!! Explaining they’ve not been processed at all. At a total loss puta complaint in and have local mp on the case now as whenever I call the only number we can (as on the website) we get conflicting information, fobbed off and passed from pillar to post it’s a nightmare.
