I applied for a renewal for my husband and I online on Sunday 24th July. My husbands passport arrived on Friday 29th, the day after the text confirming his application had been approved. Just 5 days after applying. Fantastic! My application was approved today, 1st August so hoping my passport may arrive tomorrow.
That’s really good, my son did his application online on the 2nd May on the 15th May said processing
and has still not received it, we phoned on Saturday only to be told nobody has even looked at it yet!! Not a very good service
